摘要
随着互联网技术的日益发展,各级政府及其工作部门以及某些公职人员办公信息化意识的不断提升,官方微博这一新兴传媒工具随之应运而生,并呈现出蓬勃发展的良好势头,展现出了一派官方微博特有的现象。对官方微博现象进行深入考察,从行政法学的视角解读官方微博现象所凸显的基本行政法律制度,分析官方微博在运行与管理过程中所存在的主要问题,进而探析官方微博的多维法治化规制路径。
Along with the development of the Internet technology,the office information consciousness of the governments at various levels,their departments and some office personnel is promoting.Thus,the official micro blog is emerging and developing quickly,showing the particular phenomenon of official micro blog.This article deeply investigates the phenomenon of official micro blog,makes interpretation of basic administrative legal systems from the perspective of the administrative law,analyzes the existing main problems in the official micro blog in operation and management process,and searches the regulation path of official micro blog.
