Treatise on Xinjiang Local Economic Legislation

改革开放以来,新疆地方经济立法取得了很大进步,已逐渐成为新疆地方立法工作的重中之重,这为新疆经济快速发展提供了法律保障。同时,我们也应看到,由于历史和现实的原因,新疆地方经济立法中还存在一些有待于完善和优化的地方。有鉴于此,本文通过对新疆地方经济立法现状、基本经验和存在问题进行分析,提出了完善新疆经济立法的一些策略,以期优化新疆地方经济立法。

Since the reform and opening up,much too development has been made in the field of Xinjiang local economic legislation,which has already been regarded as the most significant aspect in terms of Xinjiang local legislation.It has become legal protection for the rapid development of Xinjiang economic development.Meanwhile,there are still some aspects in the field need to be improved and optimized due to historical and practical reasons.Therefore,by analysis on the present condition of Xinjiang local economic legislation,the fundamental experience and the existing issues,this thesis proposes some improving strategies for economic legislation in Xinjiang in the hope of optimizing the local economic legislation.
