Modern Jurisprudence Education in China

中国近代法律教育源于晚清时期,法理学教育是其重要组成部分。本文从近代法科学制中的法理学课程设置、中国近代法理学课程实际开设的情况、法理学教学师资(研究者)与教材、民国时期对法理学教育的评估与反思等几个方面对中国近代法理学教育进行考察,揭示了近代中国法理学教育的一般状况,扩宽了学界对于中国法理学史的认识。

Modern legal education in China starts in the late Qing dynasty.Jurisprudence education is an important component thereof.This article examines the latter from the following aspects:the curriculum of jurisprudence,the actual establishment of course,faculty and textbooks,and the evaluation and reconsideration thereof during the period of the Republic of China(ROC).It reveals the general situation of modern jurisprudence education in China and broadens the academic understanding of the history of jurisprudence in China.
