论郁嶷法律思想的特色——以四部著作为例

On the Characteristics of the Yu Yi’s Legal Thinking:Illustrated by the Case of His Four Works

被称作'北洋三杰'之一的民国法学家郁嶷在当代鲜为人知,他是李大钊的挚友,曾参与民国民法典的起草工作。教师是他终生从事的职业,教书育人矢志不渝。作为评论家,他秉持公理,不平则鸣,针砭时弊,为民国法治事业奔走呼号。作为学者,他潜心研学,肆力专攻,不拘一格,博采众长。现从郁嶷保存至今的四部著作入手,对其法律思想的特色略作分析。

As one of"Beiyang three heroes,"the Mingguo jurist Yu Yi is little known in the contemporary,he was a close friend of Li Dazhao,was involved in the drafting of the Civil Code of the Mingguo,when was once known.Teachers are his lifelong occupation,teaching unshaken.As a critic,he upheld justice,cried out against injustice,pointed out problems,campaigned for the national cause of the rule of law.As a scholar,his was painstaking research and absorbing.Now from the point of view of four books of his,its characteristics of the legal thinking are briefly discussed.
