综合性社科期刊法学栏目建设——基于2013-2015年CSSCI与CLSCI法学论文的对比

On Column Construction of Law in Comprehensive Social Science Journals:Based on Data Comparison in 2013-2015 by CLSCI and CSSCI

基于对2013-2015年CSSCI与CLSCI综合刊法学论文的分析,发现综合刊过于看重作者身份,论文质量参差不齐,学术影响力不及CLSCI期刊,且影响力辐射范围有局限。此外,综合刊法学栏目还存在策划意识不足、高产作者贡献率低、年末'烂尾'等问题。为改善综合刊栏目建设的现状,建议综合刊淡化作者身份,助力青年才俊成长,培育核心作者群;严把学术质量关,拓宽期刊影响力辐射范围;有远见地进行栏目策划,重点建设交叉学科栏目。

Based on legal papers published in 2013-2015 by CLSCI and CSSCI,comprehensive those social science journals,it is discovered that social science journals overly concerned writer identity.Their quality varied,academic influence were weak and their radiation range were narrow.There are other problems,like lack of innovation in running columns,less contributions of prolific authors.To change this bad situation,comprehensive social science journals should give less attention to the identity of authors and help young talented scholars.Editors should also be strict with the quality of papers,run columns creatively,establish interdiscipline columns and try their best to improve the journals’influences.
