摘要
随着三元复合驱在油田上应用范围的不断扩大,采出井井下管柱结垢问题逐渐暴露,各种防垢措施开始陆续应用。通过优选井口滴加液体防垢剂作为主要化学防垢方式,延缓了三元复合驱采出井管柱结垢速度,有效控制了区块检泵率的上升;针对原有的化学防垢剂对已成垢分子微粒防垢效果不好的问题,结合垢质成分的变化特点,进一步改进了防垢剂配方;依据划分出的结垢阶段,确定合适的防垢时机,从而有针对性地采取化学防垢措施,能够大幅度降低垢卡井次,延长检泵周期。
With the increasing application of ASP flooding in oilfields,the scaling problem of downhole string of production wells revealed gradually,and all scale inhibiting methods started to be used.By dropping fluid scale inhibitor into candidate wells,the scaling of string was slowed down,and the rise in inspection rate was controlled effectively.The scale inhibiting effect of the original scale inhibitor on scaled particles was not so good,so the formula for making inhibitor was improved,by taking the changing characteristics of scale ingredients into account.Based on the defined scaling phases,proper time for scale inhibition was confirmed,therefore,scale inhibiting methods could be used correspondingly to reduce scale wells and prolong pump inspecting cycles considerably.
