螺杆泵井合理转速的探讨 被引量:1

Discussion on Rational Rotation Speed of Progressing Cavity Pump Wells

摘要 为了提高螺杆泵井井下泵效,降低螺杆泵井检泵率,通过地面水力测试数据和现场实测数据,分析转速对泵效的影响关系,拟合出其理论计算公式,得出了螺杆泵井转速在60~90r/min范围内泵效最高的结论;围绕某采油厂螺杆泵井因定转子磨损、杆管磨损而检泵的井进行了分析,综合考虑检泵前几个月生产数据,结果发现螺杆泵井的转速越高,越容易加剧泵与杆管的磨损,导致油井检泵周期的缩短和检泵率的升高。 To improve the pump efficiency of progressing cavity pump wells and reduce the rate of pump inspection,this paper analyzed the effect of rotation speed on pump efficiency,fit its theoretical computing formula,and reached a conclusion that the pump efficiency peaked as the rotation speed was within 60?90r/min,based on the ground hydraulic testing data and field testing data.Through the analysis of the inspected progressing cavity pump wells of a production plant because of stator/rotor and pipe abrasion,it comprehensively considered the production data of several months before pump inspection,and found that the higher the rotation speed was,the more severely of pumps and pipes got abraded.As a result,the pump inspection cycle was reduced,and the rate of inspection rose.
