摘要
随着螺杆泵采油技术的逐步成熟和应用数量的不断扩大,暴露出在不同区块的开采过程中,因采出介质不同,导致定子橡胶温溶胀过大、定转子的过盈变化太大而造成螺杆泵工作状态不稳定等新的不适应性。建立了调整转子直径和偏心合理过盈量的确定方法,充分考虑橡胶膨胀的不均匀性,改善了工况条件下定、转子配合状态,提高了螺杆泵工作性能。现场32口井生产数据表明,在平均动液面618m的条件下,平均泵效达到了74.7%,平均系统效率为41. 7%,有效提高了螺杆泵井的井下传递效率,节能效果较为明显。
Along with the advancement and increasing application of oil production technology of progressing cavity pump,it revealed that different media used in the process of production of different blocks resulted in excessive thermal expansion and swelling of stator rubber and greater change of stator/rot interference.As a result the progressing cavity pump could not work stably.This paper developed the methods for determining the rational amount of interference on rotor diameter and eccentricity,fully considered the inhomogeneity of rubber expansion,improved the interference fit between stator and rotor under working conditions,and improved the performance of progressing cavity pump.Production data of 32 wells showed that the average pump efficiency reached 74.7%and the average system efficiency was 41.7%as the working fluid level was 618m.Therefore,the downhole transfer efficiency of progressing cavity pump was improved effectively,and the energy saving results were remarkable.
