摘要
Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类油层聚合物驱分注管柱中在用的几种偏心注聚器,受结构设计的限制,投捞成功率低于常规偏心配水器。为提高偏心注聚器的投捞成功率,综合考虑上、下两种导向方式的优缺点,开展了中导向偏心注聚器及配套工具的研究,介绍了中导向偏心注聚器的结构原理和工艺参数。室内性能实验表明,采用该偏心注聚器的分注管柱的一次投捞成功率可达98%,节流元件在70m^3/d流量范围内,最大节流压差可达2.5MPa,对聚合物溶液黏度损失率小于9.2%;379口井的现场应用情况及效果表明,应用基于该注聚器的分注管柱后,动用程度提高了10.3个百分点。该偏心注聚器的性能完全可满足Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类油层聚合物驱分注的要求。
The dropping and fishing success rate of several kinds of eccentric polymer distributor is less than regu-lar eccentric water distributor,which is limited to the structural design.In order to improve dropping and fishing suc-cess rate,research of polymer i时ector and matched tools with mid-director was done,based on the strength and weakness of upper director and bottom director.This paper introduced the structure principle and process parameters of the polymer injector.Indoor experiment showed that the initial dropping and fishing success rate could be 98%,the max pressure loss was 2.5MPa when the flow rate was within70 m^3/d,and the viscosity loss rate was less than 9.2%.The polymer injector has been used in 379 wells,which showed that the producing degree rose by 10.3%after separa-ted injection.It could meet the requirement of polymer separate injection in Type II and m reservoirs.
