水平井分段压裂工艺在大庆油田州扶51—平52井的应用 被引量:3

Application of Horizontal Staged Fracturing Technology to ZF51-P52 of Daqing Oilfield

摘要 针对大庆油田州6区块低渗透扶余储层物性差、自然产能低,常规压裂改造增产效果差等问题,在州扶51—平52井开展了水平井多段压裂现场试验,应用点源限流射孔技术进行加密布缝,采用双封单卡工艺一趟管柱完成15段压裂施工,通过对各段加砂规模的精确控制实现了脱砂压裂。压后日产液9. 5t、日产油8. 1t,分别为周围直井压裂产液量、产油量的6.3倍和7.4倍,同时也分别是同区块压裂水平井的1.4倍和1.6倍,增产效果和经济效益显著,为大庆油田水平井多段压裂积累了经验。 Based on such problems as poor reservoir properties,low natural capacity,and poor stimulation result of regular fracturing transformation in Block Zhou6 of Daqing Oilfield,field test of multi-staged fracturing technique of horizontal well was developed in Well ZF51-P52.Fracture was filled using point source limit perforation tech-nique,and to infill fracture,and 15 fractured interval fracturing operation was completed in one-through operation with a pipe column using double-packer single-sticking fracturing technique.Through accurately controlling of the volume of sand adding to realize sand-out fracturing,fluid production after fracturing was 9.5νd,6.3 times as much as that of other surrounding wells,and oil production was 8.It/d,7.4 times as much as that of other surrounding wells,and the fluid and oil production was 1.4 and 1.6 times as much as that of the horizontal well of the same block.Stimulation result and economic benefit were remarkable,which provided practical experience for multi-staged hori-zontal well fracturing.
