摘要
大庆油田海拉尔地区地层倾角大、自然造斜能力强,采用塔式、钟摆、满眼等多种钻具组合控制井斜均不理想,导致钻井速度很低。为提高机械钻速,引进了VertiTrak垂直钻井技术,该技术能够根据井眼的偏斜,经井下微处理器分析判断,使导向稳定器靠近井眼高边方向,导向肋板伸出顶向上井壁,使钻头产生合理的降斜力,从而使井眼回到垂直轨道上来。在海拉尔地区现场应用5口井,证实该技术能较好地解决钻井提速工作中井斜与钻压之间的矛盾,使钻井效率明显提高。
Due to the high formation clination and the strong natural whipstocking capability in Hailaer area of Daqing Oilfield,the result of using tapered drill collar string assembly,pendulum drill assembly and packed hole as-sembly to control borehole inclination was not so satisfying,which resulted in low rate of penetration.The vertical drill-ing technology named‘VertiTrak’was applied to improve the rate of penetration.According to borehole inclination and analytical judgment with underground microprocessor,its lead stabilizer might be close to high side of the borehole and the guide floor might be close to top of the shaft.It could create a power of drop angle.The power made borehole return to vertical orbit.The‘VertiTrak’technology had been used in five wells in Hailaer area.It was confirmed that the technology could solve contradiction between borehole deviation and bit weight during the process of improving the rate of penetration.It could obviously improve drilling efficiency.
