摘要
为了对煤层气有效开发利用,并避免煤矿开采过程中瓦斯爆炸,2009—2010年在鹤岗煤矿分别进行了鹤煤1井、鹤煤2井及鹤煤3井的施工。鹤煤1井施工借鉴了山西煤层气井钻井技术,但由于鹤岗煤储层的破裂压力较山西煤储层低、断层及裂缝较山西煤储层发育,钻井施工中发生多次漏失。为防止鹤煤1井在固井施工中发生漏失,固井采用了双级注、紊流顶替及高强低密度水泥浆等措施,但仍出现了漏失的问题。鹤煤3井针对鹤煤1井固井施工中存在的问题进行了分析和总结,重新制定施工方案和措施,并在固井施工中采用了超低密度水泥浆,确保了鹤煤3井固井施工顺利完成,为鹤岗煤层气后期开发提供了保障。
To avoid gas explosion during the process of production and make use of coalbed methane(CBM)efficiently,Well Hemei1,Hemei2 and Hemei3 had been operated in the district of Hegang coal mine from 2009 to 2010.Though the drilling technology of CBM well in Shanxi Province was used in Well Hemeil,circulation loss often oc“curred during the operation,because the reservoir breakdown pressure was lower than that of CBM wells,and the fault and crack were more than those of CBM wells in Shanxi Province.Two-stage cement,turbulence replacement and high strength mud with low density were adopted to avoid circulation loss during cementing operation of Well Hemeil,but the problem was still not solved finally.Problems occurred in the cementing process of Well Hemeil had been ana-lyzed and summarized before drilling Well Hemei3,and the operation plan was drawn up again and its related measures was re-taken,meanwhile,ultra-low density mud was adopted for cementing.Therefore the cement operation in Well Hemei3 was completed successfully.This would provide security for CBM production in the next stage.
