摘要
为了解决在深层气井压裂施工中压井液用量大的问题,对压裂后气层采用了暂堵方法,采用二阶段压井和暂堵剂进行暂堵,减少深层气井压井液用量,起到降滤和暂堵作用,从而降低压井液漏失率,减少压井液对气层的污染。徐深6井现场试验结果表明,在暂堵后的36h内,压井液平均漏失率降低91. 7%,充分说明暂堵剂注入气层近井地带后,对于压井液具有明显的降滤和暂堵作用。该方法能够满足大庆油田深层气井压裂后压井的需要,可在大庆油田深层天然气井勘探开发中推广应用。
Temporary plugging method was adopted for gas layer after fracturing,in order to solve the problem of high fracturing fluid consumption during fracturing construction in deep gas wells.Temporary plugging agent,which reduced deep gas well killing fluid volume,reduced filtrate and plugged temporarily.Thus the filtrate loss was reduced,and the pollution of fracturing fluid to gas layer was reduced.Field test in Well Xushen6 showed that average loss rate was reduced by 91.7%within 36h after temporary plugging.It indicated that temporary plugging agent exerted great effect on reduction of filtrate and temporaηplugging of fracturing fluid after the temporary plugging agent was injected into the reservoir near the wellbore.The method could meet the requirement of deep gas well fracturing in Daqing Oilfield and could be widely used in deep gas well ex-ploration and development in the Oilfield.
