摘要
在非常规储层压裂过程中,减少清水的用量及化学药剂的使用具有重要的作用。对目前已成功应用的压裂液处理新工艺进行了调研和介绍:移动电凝(EC)技术可以处理压裂返排液和地层产出水,使其中的悬浮固体凝聚并脱出,留下干净清水,处理后的返排液和产出水过滤后可用于后续的压裂施工,减少了清水用量;干聚合物混合技术可除去液体浓缩胶体携带的流体中的非活性组分和有害物质,减少环境污染;紫外杀菌技术在细菌处理方面,用机械杀菌技术代替化学杀菌剂,减少了化学药品的用量。现场实践应用证明,这3种技术的配套使用可为今后非常规储层在减少清水需求量、最小化化学药剂使用量等方面提供环保的解决方案。
