采油螺杆泵工作性能模拟实验装置流程系统设计 被引量:2

Process System Design of Simulating Experimental Facility for Screw Pump Performance

摘要 随着螺杆泵采油技术的不断深入发展,对螺杆泵性能检测的要求逐步提高,目前单一液压油常温试验的检测手段已不能满足试验要求。为了更准确地模拟现场工况,减少试验误差,针对现场工况研究设计了采油螺杆泵工作性能模拟实验装置,该装置的流程系统主要包括普通实验流程、特殊实验流程和混砂实验流程3个相互独立的流程,分别完成单一流体介质、气液混合介质和固液混合介质的实验。为采油螺杆泵模拟仿真实验提供更加接近现场的工况,实验结果可为采油螺杆泵的技术发展提供先进、准确、可靠的实验支撑。 with more thorough development of screw pump oil recovery technology,the testing requirenoent on screw punp performance gets higher.Cur-rently the testing method af single hydnaulic oil under room temperature test cannot met test requirement.To simulate site conditions more precisely and decrense test error,the simulating experimental faciliy for screw pump performance was designed.It was composed of three independent processes.gener-al process.special process and sand-mixed process,respectively conmpleing the experiment of single fluid media,the gas-liquid mixed media and solid-liquid mixed media.The new facility provided working conditions more similar to the site in screw pump simulating test.The experimental resuls could of-fer advanced,accurate and reliable support for development of screw pump tchnology.
