摘要
为了防止螺杆泵采油系统停机后快速反转造成设备损坏和人员伤害,研制了螺杆泵液压反转制动装置。该装置采用先进的钳盘式液压制动技术,主要由智能调压阀、制动钳、传动轴、单向机构、泵齿轮、制动齿轮盘、液压泵、油箱等部件组成,螺杆泵采油系统停机反转时,单向机构瞬时啮合带动液压泵工作,高压液压油推动制动钳卡紧制动齿轮盘,实现限制螺杆泵采油系统反转。螺杆泵液压反转制动装置制动扭矩随螺杆泵地面驱动装置反转转速的变化而变化,反转转速越高,制动扭矩越大,且在较低转速即可达到较大的制动扭矩。应用该装置可实现螺杆泵采油系统停机后及时制动和抽油杆柱扭矩自动间歇释放。
To avoid equipment danage and injuries caused by mapid reverse afer screw purmp oil recovery system stops,hydraulie reverer braking device was developed.The device adoplted advanced hydraulic caliper-disc braking technology.It is mainly composed of itelligent pressure regulating valve,caliper,drive sbaft,single-direction mechanism,pump gear,sprigging gear plate,hydraulie pump,and oil tank,ele.When the screw pump oil recovery system stops and reverses,snge-direetion mechanism instantaneous meshes and puts hydraulie punp in motion;and hig-pressure bhydrulie oil drives caliper to lock spigging gear plate,so reverse of serew pump oil production sysem is resricled.Brake torue of screw pump hydraulie reverse braking device changes with reverse rotating speed of serew pump suface driving drice.The higher reverse rotating speed is,the bigger braking lorquve gels,And braking torque gets large al low rotating speed The device could help fulfil timnely braking after screw purmp oil recovery system stops and automatie batch release of rod string torque.
