摘要
随着大庆油田开发的不断深入,大庆油田聚合物驱开发对象已逐渐转向二类、三类油层,原有聚合物驱分层注入工艺存在投捞成功率较低、使用寿命短、加工成本高等问题,限制了规模应用。为解决上述问题,通过改进压力调节器结构、增加扶正体装置和优选防腐涂层等方法,对压力调节器进行改进。改进后,压力调节器加工成本降幅最小为16.77%,次投捞成功率提高到95.6%,使用寿命由8个月延长到2年,聚合物驱分注工艺应用规模达到2876井次,创造了可观的经济效益。聚合物驱分层注入工具性能提升,为聚合物驱全面推广提供了技术保障。
With the further development of oilfield,the targets of polymer flooding development have gradually changed to the second-class and the third-class low permeable formations in Daqing Oilfield.Original separate polymer injecting technology has such problems as low running and pulling success rate,short service life and high processing cost,etc,which limited its application.To solve these problems mentioned above,we improved the pressure regulator by changing the pressure regulator structure,adding the centralizer control apparatus and optimizing anti-corrosion coating.The processing cost of pressure regulator was thereby reduced by 16.77%at least,and one-trip running and pulling success rate was increased to 95.6%,and its service life was prolonged from eight months to two years.Separate polymer Injection technology has been applied in 2876 times and brought considerable economic benefits.The performance improvement of separate polymer injecting tools provides technological guarantee for wide application of polymer flooding.
