新型表面活性剂弱碱体系三元复合驱试验效果及认识

摘要 新型表面活性剂弱碱体系三元复合驱试验是在强碱体系三元复合驱试验取得成功的基础上,为进一步加快表面活性剂国产化进程和三元复合驱推广应用步伐,开展的先导性矿场试验。分析了试验区块注采井动态变化特点,研究了新型表面活性剂弱碱体系三元复合驱油的驱油效果。试验结果表明,新型表面活性剂弱碱体系三元复合驱界面活性及稳定性好,与SB开发区二类油层配伍性好,增油降水效果明显,中心井比水驱提高采收率20%以上;新型表面活性剂弱碱体系三元复合驱具有注采能力强、乳化好和结垢轻等特点。试验取得的成果为三元复合驱大规模推广应用提供了实践依据。 New surfactant alkalescent system ASP flooding test was researched after alkali system ASP flooding test has gotten succeeded and industrial-ized.It is a pilot test to speed up surfactant domestic manufature and wide application of ASP flooding.The dynamic change of injectors and producers in the pilot area was analyzed and the oil displacement effect of the new surfactant alkalescent system was researched.Test results showed that the new surfactant alkalescent system ASP flooding had good interfacial activity and stability,matching well with the second-class reservoir in SB development area.It could greatly increase oil production and decrease water production.The oil recovery of central well was enhanced by more than 20%compared with that of water flooding wells.The New surfactant alkalescent system ASP flooding has strong injection and production capacity,good emulsification and light scaling,etc.The results provided practical basis for wide application of ASP flooding.
