等壁厚定子螺杆泵加工关键技术 被引量:3

Key Technology for Screw Pump Processing with Uniform-thickness Stator

摘要 为了解决等壁厚定子螺杆泵外管成型和定子橡胶压注技术,保证等壁厚定子加工精度和质量,开展了等壁厚定子螺杆泵加工关键技术研究。提出了等壁厚定子外管冷挤压加工工艺,制订了定子外管冷挤压工艺方案;针对定子橡胶压注问题,采用了型线跟踪运动方式的喷砂工艺和旋转机械喷涂粘接剂工艺、横向多点注胶工艺、四点定位方法及二次硫化工艺;采用冷挤压加工工艺,利用研制的加工装置系统实现了定子外管的加工。应用该技术加工的等壁厚定子螺杆泵现场应用700多口井,泵效提高14.7%,系统效率提高5.3%,检泵周期延长了122天,节能效果明显。等壁厚定子螺杆泵加工关键技术的研究,使等壁厚定子螺杆泵加工工艺成熟配套,实现了工业化生产和规模化推广应用。 The key technology for screw pump processing with uniform-thickness stator was carried out,to solve the problems of the uniform-thickness stator screw pump external pipe shaping technology and the stator rubber injection technology,and to ensure uniform-thickness stator processing accuracy and quality.The technology and the solution for cold extrusion of external pipe of uniform-thickness stator were proposed.For stator rubber injection problems,the sandblasting technology of molded line trace motion,the technology of rotary mechanical spaying adhesives,the lateral multi-point rubber injecting technology,the four-point locating technology and the secondary vulcanization technology were adopted.Lsing cold extruding technology and corresponding facilities,realized the processing of stator external pipe.The screw pump of uniform-thickness stator processed with the technology has been applied in 700 wells on site.The screw pump efficiency has improved 14.7%,and the system efficiency has improved 5.3%.The pump maintenance period has prolonged 122 days.Distinct energy—saving effect has been achieved.The research of screw pump processing is becoming a mature technology,which has realized its industrial manufacturing and wide application.
