摘要
针对抽油机井调平衡时存在常规“电流法平衡”人为误差大、虚假平衡等问题,开展了功率法平衡技术研究与应用。通过功率仪测取抽油机一个冲程周期内的功率曲线,内置的分析软件自动计算出抽油机的功率平衡率,对功率不平衡井,输入平衡块总质量,内置的软件计算出平衡块移动距离。通过现场试验,以功率法平衡技术判断及调整抽油机平衡85口井,消除了电机负功状态,平均单井日节电量为10.512kW·h,平均节电率为9.4%,取得了良好的节能效果,同时该软件准确地计算出调整抽油机平衡块的方向与距离。功率法平衡技术克服了常规“电流法平衡”的局限性,从根本上实现了抽油机平衡,对抽油机的节能增效提供指导意见。
The regular current balance method for pumping wells has such problems as great human errors and false balance.The research of power balance technology was carried out to solve the problems.A power meter was used to measure the power curve in one stroke cycle of a pumping unit,and the power balance rate was calculated automatically by the built-in analysis software.For the unbalanced power wells,its displacement distance was calculated by the built-in software after inputting the total mass of balance weight.Field test showed that this technology successfully judged and balanced 85 wells,and eliminated the negative work state of electricity motor.After adjustment,average power saving per well is 10.512 kW*h daily and average power saving rate is 9.4%.The power saving effect was satisfying and the direction and distance of the adjusted balance weight of pumping units were calculated accurately by the software.Power balance technology overcomes the limit of regular current balance method which has realized the pumping wells'balance basically and provided helpful guidance on energy efficiency of pumping wells.
