摘要
为了满足新型注采气设备和工具在研发过程中的试验和检测需要,研制了油气田井下工具高压气体综合试验系统。油气田井下工具高压气体综合试验系统由压缩空气气源装置、氮气制备装置、一级氮气增压装置、二级氮气增压装置、高压气体回路控制装置、气体注采工具流体性能试验装置和气体注采工具气密封检测系统组成,采用“传感器+下位机+工控机+组态软件”方式,设计了高压气体综合试验系统的数据采集与监控单元。该系统可以实现输入压力为6.0MPa的气体流动性能检测试验和最高压力为35MPa的气密封检测试验,为油气田气体注采工具的研发提供了良好的试验与检测平台。
The high-pressure gas test system of downhole tools for oil and gas fields was developed to meet testing and detecting requirements of developing new injection-production equipment and devices.The high-pressure gas test system consists of a compressor,a nitrogen gas generator,a primary nitrogen booster,a secondary nitrogen booster,a high-pressure gas circuit control unit,a fluidity test device and a gas sealing test device of gas injection-production tools.The test system adopts a data acquisition and control unit based on the combining units of"sensor,position unit,computer,and configuration software".It could provide the gas fluidity property test at 6.0 MPa of input pressure,and gas sealing performance test at 35 MPa of the maximum pressure for downhole tools used for oil and gas fields.It provided a good testing and detecting platform for development of injection-production devices in oil and gas fields.
