摘要
吉林油田已经开发的气藏均存在不同程度的产液现象,严重影响了气井正常生产,泡沫排液采气工艺以其设备简单、见效快、成本低等特点,在气田得到了广泛应用。结合有水气藏的开发特点,建立了一套完整的泡沫排液采气药剂的筛选与评价技术体系,分别从配伍性能、起泡能力、稳泡能力、表面张力、携液能力、高温稳定性能等方面对泡沫排液采气药剂进行了研究,优选出适合吉林油田中浅层气井的泡沫排液采气药剂。该药剂具有很好的起泡能力、稳泡能力和携液能力,经实验得知,最佳的使用浓度为0.3%;现场实施36口井,平均单井的日增气量为(0.1~2.0)×10~4m^3,获得很好的效果。通过泡沫排液采气药剂的筛选与评价技术的研究成果,可以将其应用于其他油田的同类型气井中。
The different degree of fluid prduction from the gas reservoirs in the Jilin Oilfield has a serious effect on the normal production of gas wells.Foam fluid clean-up and gas production technology features simple equipment,high efficiency and low cost,which has been widely used in the gas field.Combining the development characteristics in gas reservoir with water produced,a complete set of screening and evaluation technological system 0n foam drainage and gas production agent was established,as well as foam agent being studied on compatibility,foaming capability,foam stabilizing,surface ten-sion,fluid carrying capability,and high temperature stability etc.F oam drainage and gas production agent for fluid clean-up was optimized suitable for the medium and shallow buried gas reservoirs in Jilin Oilfield,which has good foaming capability,foam stabilizing and fluid carrying capability.Experi-mental results showed that the best working concentration is suggested as 0.3%。After the field application in 36 wells,the average daily gas production per well rose from 0.1x104 m’to 2x104 m and satisfied results have been achieved.Study results have certain references for screening and evaluation of foam drainage and gas production agent on the similar type of gas wells in the other oilfields.
