潜油直驱螺杆泵举升系统的研制与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对有杆举升抽油杆、油管偏磨问题,为满足油田高效举升技术需求,研制了潜油直驱螺杆泵举升系统。潜油直驱螺杆泵举升系统利用井下低速大扭矩潜油电机直接驱动潜袖螺杆泵,实现了采油井的高效举升,并在国家级潜油电泵检测中心对该系统的性能进行了室内实验测试。室内实验数据表明,所研制的潜油直驱螺杆泵举升系统效率最大值达62%;现场已应用20口井,先期试验的9口井应用结果表明,潜油直驱螺杆泵举升系统免修期最长延长一倍以上,吨液百米节电率最大达到21. 4%,具有较好的节能效果。潜油直驱螺杆泵举升系统可有效解决抽油杆、油管的偏磨问题,具有广范的推广应用前景。 To solve the problems of eccentric wear between rod string and tubing and meet the artificial lift need with high efficiency,the submersible direct-drive screw pump lift system was developed,which was directly driven by an submersible motor with low speed and high torque in oil wells,and fulilled high-effi-ciency artificial lift in oil production wells.The lab experiment was conducted to test the performance of the system at the national-level submersible pump detecting center.l ab experiment data showed that,the maximum efficiency of the submersible direct-drive screw pump lift system was 62%.lt has been ap-plied in 20 wells.Pilot test in 9 wells showed that the submersible direct-drive screw pump lift system had favorable energy saving effect whose repair ex-emption period had prolonged twice as before and the electricity saving rate of ton liquid per hundred meters could be up to 21.4%.'The submersible direct-drive screw pump lift system could effectively solve the eccentric wear problems of rod string and tubing and had broad application pr0s pect.
