摘要
在水平井裸眼分段压裂完井开发过程中,需要测量水平井裸眼井段井径以获得井下工具(如封隔器等)的最佳下入位置。由于传统的井径测试方式费用昂贵,所以急需开发适用于水平井裸眼分段压裂完井工艺的井径测试新装备。由此,提出了通井管柱携带井径仪的设计思想,设计了井径仪的机械结构;该井径仪不需要外加来自地面的电源及驱动信号,依靠机械结构即可实现井径仪测量臂的展开与推靠;存储式水平裸眼井径仪解决了现有井径仪位于水平井裸眼井段时偏心所造成的测量臂输出数据不同步问题,利用最小二乘法还原了井径信息。室内实验证明,存储式水平裸眼井径仪的各关键部件运行稳定可靠,所测量井径数据准确、有效,可满足实际应用的要求。
During the development of horizontal well open hole multi-stage fracturing completion,the hole diameter of horizontal well open hole section should be measured to locate the best position of packer and other downhole tools.Due to the high expense of conventional hole diameter testing way,it is urgently needed for a new equipment applicable for hole diameter testing of multi-stage fracturing completion in horizontal open hole wells.A method of caliper conveying by drifting string was proposed,and the mechanism structure of caliper was designed.This caliper could achieve the expansion and push of the caliper arms by the mechanism structure without power supply or driv-ing signal from the ground.Memory type horizontal well open hole caliper solved the problem of the data unsynchro-nization cause by eccentricity when the current caliper located in horizontal well open hole section,and the hole di-ameter data were restructured by using the Least Squares method.Laboratory experiments showed that the memory type caliper for horizontal open hole wells had desirable operation reliability and accurate measurement data,and it could meet the needs of field application.
