摘要
正确判断气井的积液情况对气井采取排液措施及稳定生产具有重要的意义。针对水平井实际生产情况及井身结构特点,分别分析水平井垂直段、倾斜段和水平段的携液流动规律;对比分析水平井不同井段传统临界携液流量模型,并且结合实际积液监测数据,对水平井携液流量模型进行修正,建立一套适合计算水平井临界携液流量的计算模型。通过实例对比分析表明,该预测模型计算结果与现场生产实际吻合,从而验证了该预测模型的可靠性和准确性。该水平井临界携液流量模型可以预测水平井积液情况,保障气井稳定生产。
The correct judgment of liquid accumulation plays an important role in the liquid drainage measures and sustainable production in the gas production wells.According to the horizontal well production and tics of well bore construction,the liquid carrying flow rules of the vertical interval,inclined interval and horizontal interval were analyzed.A computational model suitable for calculating the critical liquid carrying ability of horizontal wells was established after the comparison among the traditional critical liquid carrying models for the different in-tervals in horizontal wells,as well as modifying the liquid carring model of horizontal wells through the real liquid loading data monitoring.The analysis of real case showed that the calculated result of the predictive model was closely consistent with the real production,which had testified the reliability and accuracy of the model.The critical liquid carrying model for horizontal wells could predict the liquid accumulation of horizontal wells so as to ensure the steady production of gas wells.
