摘要
为了实现注水井生产过程中各个层段的压力、流量、温度等参数长期动态监测,研究了一种堵塞器式多参数测试仪。该仪器内安装有电池、测量元件和存储器,而且还能够安装水嘴,代替普通堵塞器在偏心配水器工作筒内长期工作,也可测试水嘴前、后的压力和温度,并进行存储。根据孔板流量计测量原理确定了压差、流量及过流系数的关系,通过室内实验的方法确定了不同直径水嘴的过流系数,在实际测试中可较准确地计算出各层段的流量。现场试验表明:该仪器井下工作时间可达到4个月以上,测试合格率达到100%。通过监测资料掌握了注水井各个层段及全井的注入状况,堵塞器式多参数测试仪的研究为注水井长期分层动态监测提供了一种简单、有效的技术手段。
In order to realize the long-term dynamic monitoring of such parameters as pressure,flow rate and temperature for each interval during the water injection well production,a kind of multi-parameter blanking-plug test meter was researched.The battery,measuring unit,storage and the water nozzle could be installed in the test meter,which could replace the regular blanking plug in the eccentric water distributor for long term.It could test and memorize the pressure and temperature at the points of inlet and outlet of the water nozle.The relationship of pressure differential,flow rate and flow cofficient was determined on the basis of measurement principle of orifice flowmeter.The flow coefficient of water nozle with different diameters was confirmned by the lab experiment,and then the flow rate of different intervals in the field test could be calculated more accurately.Field tests indicated that the test meter could work in the downhole for more than four months,with test qualified rate being 100%.With the monitoring data,the injection condition of each interval or the injector was mastered.The research provided a simple and effective technique for the long-term separate layer dynamic monitoring of water injection wells.
