Research on Electric Sealing Inspection Technology and Its Application

摘要 注水井分层密封状况直接决定分层注水驱油效果,传统的存储式双压力计钢丝起下的验封方式测试工作量大,无法判断漏失程度,为此开展了电动验封工艺技术研究。该工艺技术通过地面控制系统实时监测地层压力、皮囊压力和油管压力的变化曲线来确定封隔器的密封状况。2014年使用电动验封工艺在大庆油田共进行了60井次验封,成功率为100%。该技术能够很好地解决验封测试工作量大、验封效率较低的问题,具有广泛的应用前景。 The layered sealing condition of injectors directly determines the effect of separate layer water injection flooding.For the traditional sealing inspection method with tripping the memory type dual pressure gauge by the steel wire,the workload of testing was heavy and the leakage degree couldn’t be determined.Therefore,the research on electric sealing inspection technology was conducled.The technology could monitor the variational curves of formation pressure,bladder pressure,and tubing pressure at real-time based on the ground control system to judge the sealing conditions of packers.Electric sealing inspection technology had been used for sealing inspection in 60 well times in Daqing Oilfeld in 2014,with a success rate of 100%.It could solve the problems of heavy inspecting workload and low job efficiency of sealing inspection,and would have broad prospect for application.
