摘要
由于采油井年久失修,井口及井身结构完整性问题频发成为制约鲁迈拉油田高效开发的“瓶颈”针对此问题,开展了连续油管快速压井工艺研究与现场应用。介绍了快速压井的原理及所需设备材料,通过室内研究确定0. 85mm/20目粒径的CaCO3颗粒为快速压井的材料;优选质量浓度为0. 54%聚合物HEC作为CaCO3颗粒的悬浮液;体积浓度为15%HCl溶液作为溶解CaCO3支撑塞和水泥塞的酸液。列举了油田应对突发事件的应急反应计划,阐述了现场标准作业流程。连续油管快速压井工艺已在鲁迈拉油田成功应用50井次,平均作业时间7天,有效提高了油田井身结构完整性维护作业效率。该工艺能够应对采油井泄漏等紧急事件,为鲁迈拉油田采油井的维护、维修提供了技术保障。
Due to the oil wells disrepair,the wellhead and welbore's structure integrity problems occurred frequently,which had already been a“bottleneck"to restrict the efficient development of Rumaila 0Oilfeld.Therefore,the research on the coiled tubing rapid well killing technology and its application was conducted.The principle of rapid well killing and the required equipments and materials were introduced.Through lab research,the CaCO3 particles with mesh size of 0.85mm/20mesh were determined as the rapid well killing material.The mass concentration of 0.54%polymer HEC was selected as the preferable suspension liquid for CaCO,particles.The volume concentration of 15%HCl solution could be used as acid fluid to dissolve CaCO3 supporting plug and cement plug.In addition,the emergency response plans coping with unexpected events of the oilfeld were listed,and the on-site standard operation process was elaborated.The coiled tubing rapid well killing technology has been applied in 50 well times in Rumaila Oilfield successfully,with average operation time being 7 days.It effectively enhanced the integrity maintenance operation efficiency of the wellbore's structure in the oilfield.The technology can deal with the emergency such as the leakage of the oil wells,which provides the technical support for the oil wells'maintenance and repair in Rumaila Oilfield.
