摘要
为了在高含水或特高含水采油井中寻找未充分动用的剩余油储层,提高单井产量,研究了一种寻找潜力油层的测试新设备——电缆输送自排液式分层测压取样器(AFT)。该测试设备在新疆克拉玛依油田、大庆油田、华北油田及延长油田测试17口井73个层段,共找出24个潜力层段,5口井采取堵水措施后,每天增油约20t,单井最高增油10倍以上。该技术的现场应用表明,在多层合采的高含水或特高含水采油井中,利用该技术可找到数量可观的相对低含水的潜力油层,为油田调整挖潜提供依据。
In order to look for reservoirs with available remaining oil in high water-cut or ultra-high water-cut wells and increase single well production,a novel type of test technology for finding the potential reservoir,namely cable conveyed self-drainage advanced formation tester(AFT)was developed.The technology had been tested 17 wells with 73 intervals in Karamay Oilfeld,Daqing 0ilfield,Huabei Oilfield and Yanchang Oilfeld,and 24 potential intervals had been found totally.After being used the water shutoff treatment in 5 wellls,the daily oil production increment was about 20 tons,and maximum oil production per well increased more than 10 times.Field applications showed that substantially potential oil layers with relatively lower water-cut could be found in the high water-cut or ultra-high water--cut oil wells by the commingled production,laying basis for adjustment and exploitation of oilfield.
