Multistage Fracturing and Well Completion Technology with One-trip Pipe String

摘要 为了提高徐深气田压裂施工效率和生产中管柱的安全性以及节约作业成本、提高单井产量、减少常规压裂后更换管柱采取压井作业对储层造成的伤害,研制了一趟管柱多段压裂完井工艺技术。针对徐深气田多段改造需求,采用压裂完井一体化管柱,研制了新型硬质合金水力锚,改进了导压喷砂封隔器等配套工具,从而提高了管柱耐磨性能。压裂后管柱磨损小、稳定性强,满足耐温160℃、承压90MPa多段压裂和不更换管柱完井投产的施工要求。截至2015年12月底,一趟管柱多段压裂完井工艺技术在徐深气田现场应用5口井,工艺成功率达到100%,取得了显著的效果,实现了深层气井多段压裂的重要突破。为徐深气田的压裂改造及安全开发提供了技术支持。 In order to improve the efficiency of fracturing and safety of pipe string during production,save the operation cost,improve the production of single well,and reduce the damage to the reservoir caused by changing the pipe string after conventional fracturing to kill well in Xushen gas field,the multistage fracturing and well completion technology with one-trip pipe string has been developed.According to the needs of multistage stimulation in Xushen gas filed,the integrated pipe string for fracturing and well completion has been adopted;a new type of hydraulic anchor made of tungsten carbide alloy has been manufactured;and the pressure transmitting and sand blasting packer and other matching tools have been improved,so as to improve the wear-resisting property of pipe string.After fracturing,the pipe string was worn slightly with strong stability,which can meet the requirement of temperature resistance 160℃and pressure bearing 90MPa in multistage fracturing and well completion without necessarily changing the pipe string.By the end of 2015,the technology of multistage fracturing and well completion with one-trip pipe string has been applied on five wells,with the success rate being 100%.Remarkable results have been obtained to realize the important breakthrough of multistage fracturing in deep gas wells,which can provide technical support for fracturing stimulation and safe development in Xushen gas field.
