连续油管水力喷射环空压裂技术在大庆油田的应用 被引量:4

摘要 随着近年来水平井压裂技术逐渐向高排量、大规模、安全环保、高效率方向发展,大庆油田结合储层特点和安全环保形势,研究应用了连续油管水力喷射环空压裂技术。初期采用连续油管携带扩张式底部封隔器施工,存在封隔器解封难等问题。通过对底部封隔器、喷砂器及配套工具进行改进完善,提升了性能指标,有效提高了工艺可控性和施工效率。同时结合水平井穿层压裂工艺,优化施工参数。现场试验35口井262段,压裂投产初期平均单井日产油量为6. 0t,截至2016年2月,平均单井累计增油量为1239t。应用连续油管水力喷射环空压裂技术后,单井施工效率和压裂后产量均有所提高,有效地促进了难采储量的开发。 In recent years,horizontal well fracturing technology has been developed gradually toward such direction as high displacement,large scale,safety and environmental protection,high efficiency,etc.Combined the reservoir characteristics with safety and environmental protection in Daqing Oilfield,the technology of hydraulic jet fracturing through annulus with coiled tubing has been studied.In initial stage,it was hard for packers to release when the coiled tubing carrying the inflatable bottom packer.Through the improvement of bottom packer,sand blaster and matching accessories,the performance index and process controllability as well as operation efficiency were all improved effectively.At the same time,the fracturing technology through-layer in horizontal wells was combined to optimize the operation parameters.By the end of February 2016,the initial average daily oil production per well was 6.0 tons after fracturing,and the average cumulative oil increment per well was 1239 tons in the field application of 35 wells with 262 stages.After the application of coiled tubing for hydraulic jet fracturing through annulus,the operation efficiency and oil production per well were all improved after fracturing,and promoted the development of hard-to-recover reserves effectively.
