摘要
在无杆举升采油技术中应用电动潜油柱塞泵的井多为低产井,这些低产井通过设置地面控制装置调整泵冲次来控制采油井产量。为延长单井运转周期,研制了电动潜油柱塞泵井下工况自适应控制系统。井下工况自适应控制系统可实现井下沉没压力的采集、分析,并对电动潜油柱塞泵运行冲次进行调整,实现了对井液采出速率的闭环控制,使得电动潜油柱塞泵能够在一定的沉没度条件下运行,优化了电动潜油柱塞泵的工作条件。该装置累计应用4口井,实现了自适应控制功能。现场试验表明,应用电动潜油柱塞泵井下工况自适应控制系统,为实现采油井的平稳运行和节能提效提供了技术保证。
Electric submersible plunger pump,being a kind of rodless pump,is often used in the low production wells.The oil production of these producers is controlled by setting the surface control device to adjust pumping speed.The self-adaptive control system for electric submersible plunger pump in the downhole has been manufactured to prolong the operation period of the single well.The system can realize the acquisition and analysis of downhole submergence pressure,adjust pumping speed for the electric submersible plunger pump,control the production rate of well fluid in closed loop ways,keep the electric submersible plunger pump being operated under certain conditions of submergence depth,and optimize the working condition of electric submersible plunger pump.The device has been applied on four wells and realized the self-adaptive control function.Field tests showed that the application of self-adaptive control system for electric submersible plunger pump in the downhole had provided the technical guarantee for steady operation and energy saving in the oil producers.
