Analysis of Force Stress & Sealing Capacity for the Compressive Packer Rubberby Applying the Finite Element Method

摘要 以Y341-114型封隔器为研究对象,应用有限元法分析压缩式封隔器胶筒受力状况及密封能力。采用有限元软件ABAQUS平台,建立了封隔器胶筒有限元模型,开展了封隔器力学行为的数值模拟。研究结果表明:在封隔器坐封和工作阶段,轴向载荷和摩擦力基本呈线性关系,摩擦因数较小时,摩擦力随着摩擦因数的增加上升很快、接触应力则下降较快;胶筒和套管之间接触应力随工作压力、轴向载荷的增大而增大,当轴向载荷一定时,上胶筒在靠近隔环处为最大接触应力点。该研究为封隔器有效密封、延长封隔器使用寿命提供了理论支持。 Taking Y341-114 packer as a research object,the force stress and sealing capacity for the compressive packer rubber have been analyzed by applying the finite element method.By using the finite element software ABAQUS platform,the finite element model of packer rubber was established to carry out the numerical simulation of mechanical behavior for packers.The results showed that the axial load was basically in linear relationship with friction force in the phase of packers′setting and work stage.When friction coefficient was small,friction force increased rapidly and contact stress decreased sharply with the increase of friction coefficient.The contact stress between rubber and the casing increased with the increase of working pressure and axial load.When the axial load was constant,the upper part of rubber near the spacer ring was the maximum contact stress point.The research provides theoretical support for effective sealing and prolonging service life of packers.
