摘要
大庆油田深部致密气藏裸眼水平井支撑剂回流吐砂问题比较突出,制约了压裂井试气及求产工艺,甚至部分井压裂后由于吐砂严重而无法生产。通过以往吐砂气井返排出支撑剂种类检测,分析深层气井吐砂原因,优选出低密度功能陶粒支撑剂,对低密度功能陶粒支撑剂开展了防吐砂技术原理研究、室内评价与质量检验,并在徐深B井全程加入试验,压裂后无吐砂现象。该防吐砂技术通过试验取得了良好的效果,为防止气井吐砂增添了新的技术手段。
After fracturing the deep tight gas reservoir in Daqing Oilfield,the problem of sand flowback seems particularly serious in horizontal open hole wells,which restricted the techniques of gas test and production in the fractured wells.Furthermore,some wells could not put into production due to the serious sand flowback after fracturing.By detecting the types of proppant flowback from the previous fractured gas wells,the reason of sand flowback in deep gas wells has been analyzed and the functional haydite proppant with low density has been optimized.The principle of sand flowback prevention on the functional haydite proppant with low density was studied,and the indoor evaluation and quality inspection were conducted as well.There was no sand flowback occurred after fracturing by applying the optimized functional haydite proppant in the well Xushen B.The technique of sand flowback prevention obtained favorable effect,which has provided a new technical means for preventing sand flowback in gas wells.
