摘要
随着朝阳沟油田不断开发,扶杨油层油井重复压裂井数增多,重复压裂多次实施缝口转向压裂后,压裂效果逐年变差,为此开展缝内转向压裂技术现场试验。优选粒径小的油溶性暂堵剂,通过改变泵注程序,将暂堵剂替挤至裂缝内部,对裂缝壁面进行暂堵,提高裂缝内净压力,开启新的分支裂缝,后续加砂,实现对整个裂缝系统的有效支撑,增大泄油面积,解决了重复压裂措施效果逐年变差的问题。通过现场试验,形成了垂直裂缝缝内转向压裂技术,可有效提高重复压裂措施效果。
With the continuous development of Chaoyanggou Oilfield,the number of oil wells with repeated fracturing in Fuyang reservoir has been increasing.After many times of fracturing diversion at the opening of fracture with repeated fracturing were adopted,the fracturing effect was getting worse year by year.Therefore,the fracturing diversion inside the fracture has been tested at site,and the oil-soluble temporary plugging agent with small particle size was optimized.By changing the pumping procedure,the temporary plugging agent was squeezed inside the fracture to plug the internal surface of fracture temporarily,so as to raise the net pressure inside the fracture,and to crack the new branch fracture.And then,the effective support for overall fracture system can be achieved with subsequent sand adding,so that the oil discharge area can be enlarged,by which the poor fracturing effect mentioned above could be solved.Field applications showed that fracturing diversion inside the vertical fractures can improve the effect of repeated fracturing significantly.
