摘要
为了提高电潜泵—气举接替举升工艺的设计效率,减小人工计算的工作量,针对其工艺设计过程进行研究。根据电潜泵系统和气举系统的耦合原理,综合考虑电潜泵系统和气举系统的工作特性,提出工艺设计方法和计算步骤;然后绘制程序框图,并在此基础上,使用Visual Basic6. 0编制了“电潜泵—气举接替举升工艺优化设计”计算程序。编制的软件可对电潜泵—气举工艺中的关键参数进行设计,包括注气点深度、电潜泵下泵深度及泵出入口压力等,同时绘制油管、环空内压力分布情况。针对同一口井的计算结果表明,与常规电潜泵举升工艺相比,电潜泵—气举工艺电潜泵排出口压力降低约5. 28MPa,在举升压头不变的情况下可显著增加下泵深度。软件的开发有利于提高电潜泵—气举接替举升技术的设计效率,为该工艺在海上油气田开发中推广应用提供了支持。
In order to improve the design efficiency of ESP-gas lift(simply,ESP-GL)relay technique and reduce the workload of manual calculation,the related design process has been studied.According to the coupling principle and characteristics of ESP and gas lift system,the design methods and calculation procedures were presented,and then the program diagrams were drawn,from which to make a computation program for optimizing ESP-GL relay technique by using Visual Basic 6.0.Programmed software can be used to design the key parameters of ESP-GL,including depth of gas injection,ESP setting depth,inlet and outlet pump pressure,etc,moreover,the distribution of pressure in the tubing and annular space can be drawn as well.The calculation results in a same well showed that the ESP outlet pressure of ESP-GL reduced by about 5.28MPa compared with that of conventional ESP method,which means that pump setting depth can be much deeper under the condition of constant lifting head pressure.The software development will be favorable to improve the design efficiency of ESP-GL,and provide the support for the promotion and application of technique in offshore oilfields.
