摘要
超短半径侧钻水平井技术是目前水平井领域的前沿技术之一,其具有施工周期短、中靶率高、费用低等优点。针对制约该技术的井眼净化、井壁稳定、井漏、摩阻扭矩、油层保护五大难题,开展了修井液性能、机理等方面的研究,研制出具有低摩阻、低失水量、固相含量低、携砂能力强等优点的铵基聚合物修井液,有效解决了超短半径水平井钻进过程中的瓶颈问题。现场试验表明,采用该修井液的井施工成功率达到100%,该技术为超短半径侧钻水平井的现场施工提供了技术保障。
At present,the ultra-short radius sidetracking horizontal well is one of the frontier technologies in the horizontal wells with the advantages of short drilling cycle,high target rate and low cost etc.In order to solve the five problems in ultra-short radius sidetracking horizontal wells,such as wellbore cleaning,wellbore stability,leakage loss,friction resistance&torque,and reservoir protection,the performance and mechanism of workover fluid have been studied.The ammonium based polymer workover fluid that featured with low friction resistance,low filter loss,low solid content and strong proppants carrying capacity has been developed,which can effectively solve the bottleneck problem in drilling the ultra-short radius sidetracking horizontal wells.The field applications indicated that the success was 100%with the researched workover fluids,which could provide an excellent technical support for drilling the ultra-short radius sidetracking horizontal wells.
