摘要
针对常规封堵需起出生产管柱后再下入封堵管柱,既影响产油量,还增加一次作业费的问题,开展了自膨胀预封堵工艺管柱的研究与应用。在常规封堵工艺的基础上,配套设计了单向配产器和堵水开关,对有封堵方案的机采井,随检泵作业,将封堵管柱预先下入井内,当需要封堵时,通过套管打压关闭堵水开关,封堵目的层。现场试验3口井,打压封堵有效率100%,证明了自膨胀预封堵工艺能够实现不动管柱实时封堵,可解决因单独起下封堵管柱影响产油量和增加施工成本的问题,为方案封堵井提供了一项有效的封堵工艺技术。
The conventional plugging needs to pull out of the production string and then run in the plugging pipe string,which will affect the oil production and increase the operation cost.The research and application of self-expansion pre-plugging pipe string has been carried out,in which one-way distributor and water shutoff switch were designed on the basis of the conventional plugging technology.The pre-plugging pipe string can be run into the wellbore during the pump inspection operation for the artificial lift wells with plugging scheme.When plugging operation is needed,just close the water shutoff switch by increasing the casing pressure to plug the target layer.Field application of three wells showed that the plugging efficiency got 100%,which indicated that the self-expansion pre-plugging technology could realize the real-time plugging without moving the operation string.It could solve the problems of affecting the oil production and increasing the operation cost if pulling and running the plugging pipe string.Therefore,the new pipe string can provide an effective plugging technology for the wells with plugging scheme.
