直井全通径多层压裂工艺在大庆油田的应用 被引量:1

摘要 大庆油田近年来在低渗、难采储层应用大型压裂及缝网等新型压裂工艺已见到了好的开发效果,为解决常规多层压裂管柱采用阶梯式内缩径结构,内通径小、局部节流损失大,产生明显节流效应,管柱整体摩阻大,无法满足大排量施工的问题,研发了全通径大排量多层压裂工艺管柱。通过结构优化,使多级喷砂器通径相同,实现大通道。在大通道条件下,节流损失小,有效地降低摩阻,有利于提高施工排量。现场试验178口井,工艺成功率为99. 4%,管柱工具性能稳定。直井全通径多层压裂工艺可满足特低渗透储层增产改造的需要。 In recent years,Daqing Oilfield has obtained good development effect in low permeable and difficult producing reservoirs by the large scale fracturing and fracture network technology,etc.However,the conventional multilayer fracturing pipe string adopts the fracturing tools with stepped inner necking structure,resulting in fracturing pipe with small inner diameter,big part throttle loss with obvious throttle effect and big friction in whole string,which can’t meet the requirements of large displacement operation.Therefore,the multilayer fracturing pipe string with same inner size fracturing tools and large displacement has been developed.After optimizing the structure,the multistage sand blasters have the same inner bore size with large passage,small throttle loss.Thus,it can reduce the friction effectively and increase the operation displacement,which meet the requirements of stimulation in ultra low permeability reservoirs.Field tests of 178 wells have the success rate of 99.4%with stable performance of pipe string.
