摘要
为了提高大庆油田水平井修井水平,解决水平段套管变形难题,对水平段套管变形井的治理方式进行探讨研究。结合水平井储层特性、渗流特性及水平井井身结构的特殊性,对水平段套管变形原因进行分析,并通过理论研究指导整形工具的设计加工。对液压整形和高能气体整形两种整形工具进行了室内实验和现场试验,液压整形工具径向力随液压力的增大而呈线性增大,能够满足水平段套管变形井对工具的需要;开展了7组高能气体整形工具的靶场试验,靶场成功率达85. 7%,平均扩径率达到17. 2%。水平段套管变形整形的成功应用,对增加油田产量,提高油田水平井修井水平具有重要意义。
In order to improve the technical level of workover in horizontal wells of Daqing Oilfield,and to solve the problems of casing deformation well at horizontal section,the reforming methods for casing deformation well at horizontal section have been discussed.Combined with the reservoir characteristics,seepage features and wellbore structure in horizontal wells,the reasons of casing deformation at horizontal section were analyzed,and the design and manufacture of reforming tools were guided by theoretical research.Laboratory experiments and field tests were carried out on two types of reforming tools,namely hydraulic and high energy gas.The radial force of hydraulic reforming tools increases linearly with the increase of the hydraulic pressure,which can meet the requirement of tools for casing deformation well at horizontal section.7 sets of high energy gas reforming tools have been tested at site with the success rate of 85.7%and the average diameter expansion rate up to 17.2%.The successful application of casing reforming technology at horizontal section is of great significance for improving the oil production and workover level in the horizontal wells of oilfield.
