摘要
为满足小断块油田滚动外扩开采的需要,实现断块多且分布零散、油藏地质特征复杂的小断块油田经济有效开发,开展了小断块油田滚动外扩开采工艺设计方法应用及效果研究。根据小断块油田的开发难点,基于油藏地质特征数据,优选专业软件和公式,分别应用于完井、举升等方案设计,形成了采油工程方案优化设计方法;通过及时跟踪技术研究进展,适时优选了成熟新技术,并应用于方案设计,形成了实用配套技术系列;探索形成了“边设计—边实施—边评价—边调整”的方案设计模式,逐步实现了完井、注入、采油工艺等方面开采工艺设计与地质参数合理匹配,确保了油藏工程方案预测产能指标的实现。生产实践表明,采用滚动外扩开采工艺设计方法设计的开采工艺技术和优化的参数具有可行性,能够适应小断块油田滚动外扩开采的需要;区块投产投注后,注水井注入效果好,采油井产能高,实现了少井高产的目的,开发效果好,为小断块油田储层有效动用和规模上产提供了技术借鉴。
In order to meet the requirement of rolling expansive production for small fault-block oilfield,and realize the economic and effective development of the oilfield that featured with multiple scattered fault-block distribution and complex reservoir with geologic characteristics,the application and effect of rolling expansive exploitation process desigh method for small fault-block oilfield have been studied.According to the production difficulty of small fault-block oilfield,the professional software and formula have been optimized to design the well completion and lifting scheme on the basis of reservoir geological data,thus forming the optimal design method for oil production engineering project.By tracking the development of technical research in time,the mature new technologies have been used to design the scheme,which have formed the practical matching technology series.The procedure mode of design,implementation,evaluation and adjustment is formed,so as to realize the reasonable matching between production technology design and geologic parameters in designing the well completion,injection and mechanical recovery technologies,which ensures the expected production index of reservoir engineering scheme.The production practice showed that rolling expansive production design is feasible to the technology and optimal parameters,meeting the requirement of small fault-block oilfield for rolling expansive development.After the block putting into production and injection,the injectors get good water injection effect,and the producers achieve high productivity,so as to realize the goal of higher production with fewer wells with good result of production,which can provide the technical ref-erence for effective use of oil reservoir and large scale production in small fault-block oilfield.
