注采井LQ-X管柱安全评价及剩余使用年限预测 被引量:5

摘要 近年来喇嘛甸储气库在注采过程中发现了CO2和H2S等腐蚀气体,为了确保注采井LQ-X井安全运行,开展了油套管腐蚀形貌分析及机理研究,并对套管进行了CAST-V井径测井,通过实验数据和测井曲线综合分析,确定油套管腐蚀类型及发生形变状况。同时依据腐蚀预测模型和力学分析方法,计算出目前LQ-X井管柱的安全系数,预测出安全运行年限,判断出该井目前处于安全生产状态,确保了该井在全生命周期的安全生产。注采井管柱安全评价及剩余使用年限预测对以后指导储气库安全运行具有重要意义。 In recent years,the corrosive gases such as CO2 and H2 S have been found in Lamadian gas storage during the course of injection and production.To ensure the safe operation of LQ-X well,the analysis of corrosive patterns and the mechanism study of tubing and casing have been carried out,and the CAST-V caliper log was conducted.Through comprehensive analysis of experimental data and logging curves,the corrosive type and deformation state were determined.Meanwhile,according to the corrosive prediction model and mechanical analysis method,the current safety factor of pipe string in LX-Q well was calculated,the safe operating life was predicted.The production state of LQ-X well is determined to be safe at present,which ensures the safe production of gas wells throughout its lift cycle.The safety evalution of injection-production pipe string and prediction of remaining ser has great significance on guiding the safe operation of gas storage in the future.
