摘要
针对苏丹S油田自喷井由于地层压力递减快而导致产液量下降的问题,开展了自喷井的生产动态分析研究。以Suf-3井为例,根据节点分析基础理论,开展油田自喷井的流入流出动态分析,利用PROSPER软件进行数值模拟计算,预测该井的停喷压力为3900psi (0.27×10~8Pa)。通过应用等级加权法对该井进行了人工举升方式的优选,并对优选后的潜油电泵人工举升方式开展了多参数的敏感性分析,确定合理的工作频率为45Hz。通过应用软件对区块内其余的自喷井进行节点分析计算,结果表明,区块自喷井潜力有限,地层压力接近停喷压力,需要及时转变举升方式,保障油田产量,延长开采周期,提高油田的采出程度。
Regarding the decline of fluid production in gushing wells in Sudan S Oilfield due to the rapid drop of formation pressure,the analysis and research on the production performance of gushing wells have been carried out.Based on the basic theory of node analysis,the performance analysis of inflow and outflow in gushing wells was conducted in the oilfield,and the PROSPER software was used for numerical simulation,by which the unflowing pressure of the the Suf-3 well was predicted to be 3900 psi(0.27×10~8 Pa).By applying the grade weighting method,the artificial lifting mode of the well was selected,and then the sensitivity analysis of multi-parameter for submersible electric pump in artificial lift mode was carried out,by which a reasonable working frequency was determined to be 45 Hz.By using this software,node analysis and calculation of remaining gushing wells in the block were conducted,and the result showed that the potential of gushing wells in the block was limited,i.e.the formation pressure was close to the unflowing pressure.It is necessary to change the lifting mode in time to guarantee oilfield production,prolong the production cycle,and improve the recovery degree of the oilfield.
