摘要
为了提高三元复合驱采出井的加药时率和加药效率,保证化学防垢效果,开展了计量间集中加药防垢工艺研究。通过安装在计量间外的加药装置将防垢剂注入掺水管线,利用掺水将防垢剂由计量间携带至井口,由井口的传感器检测掺水导电电流变化,以此控制电动阀开启,将防垢剂段塞注入采出井油套环空。计量间集中加药防垢工艺试验应用22口井,与试验前应用的井口加药防垢工艺对比,加药时率由77. 3%提高至98%,加药工作量减少91.7%,试验井检泵周期延长69天,取得了较好的效果,为三元复合驱采出井加药防垢提供了新的方式和方法。
In order to improve the chemicals adding time rate and efficiency of ASP flooding production wells,and to guarantee the chemical anti-scale prevention effect,the research on anti-scale prevention technology by chemicals adding in metering stations has been conducted.The chemicals adding devices are installed outside the metering stations to inject the scale inhibitor into the water pipeline,which carry the scale inhibitor from the metering stations to the wellhead.The sensor on the wellhead can detect the change of electric current in the water so as to control the electric valve opening,and then to pump the scale inhibitor slug into the annulus between tubing and casing in production wells.Twenty-two wells have been applied by chemicals adding in metering stations to prevent scales,and the satisfactory results have been obtained by comparison of the previous chemicals adding on the wellhead technology.The chemicals adding time rate has increased from 77.3%to 98%;the chemicals adding workload has reduced by 91.7%;and the pump inspection period has extended by 69 days.It has provided a new method for the scale prevention and in ASP flooding production wells.
