摘要
针对三元复合驱抽油机结垢研制的敞口式抽油泵,在室内模拟实验中发现与常规抽油泵相比漏失量较大的问题,开展了敞口式抽油泵密封性能有限元分析及实验评价。为了优化敞口式抽油泵结构,利用Fluent有限元软件模拟了柱塞密封长度、柱塞和泵筒配合间隙及漏失量之间关系,并绘制出各关系曲线,通过曲线优选出敞口式抽油泵柱塞密封长度为300mm、柱塞与泵筒配合间隙为一级时,防垢性能最佳。现场应用9口井,优化后泵效比未优化提高11个百分点。敞口式抽油泵密封性能的提高,为该抽油泵进一步推广提供了技术保证。
In order to prevent the scaling problem in the pump unit by the ASP flooding,an open-type oil pump has been developed.It is found that the leakage of open-type oil pump is higher than that of conventional oil pump through the indoor simulation test,therefore,the finite element analysis and experimental evaluation of the sealing performance for open-type oil pump have been carried out.To optimize the structure of open-type oil pump,the finite element software of Fluent was used to simulate the relationship among the sealing length of plunger,the fit clearance between plunger and pump cylinder,and the leakage,and all the relation curves were drew out.It is concluded that the best scale prevention performance should be under such cases as the sealing length of plunger in open-type oil pump being 300 mm,the fit clearance between plunger and pump cylinder being through optimization of the curves at the first level.It has been applied in nine wells and the optimized pump efficiency improved 11%compared with non-optimized one.The improvement of sealing performance in open-type oil pump can provide the technical support for its further promotion.
