摘要
针对层间矛盾突出的注水井因高、低渗透层段层间矛盾大,常规堵塞器水嘴的压力调节能力不能满足高渗透层段的控压控注需求,且低渗透层段注入效果差的问题,开展了降压稳流堵塞器的研制。创新设计了平衡活塞,通过压力损失计算和流体力学分析,对其节流降压和平衡稳流功能进行验证。经实验表明,在日注水量为20m^3条件下节流降压达到1MPa;经现场应用降压稳流堵塞器20口井,注水合格率提高30. 6%。降压稳流堵塞器的研制与应用,提高了低渗透层段注入效果,为今后规模推广奠定基础。
Due to problem of the interlayer contradiction between high and low permeability layers in water injection wells,the pressure regulating ability of nozzles in conventional blanking plug can’t meet the demand for controlling pressure and water injection for the high permeability intervals,and in view of the poor injection effect in low permeability intervals,the development of the blanking plug for reducing pressure and stabilizing fluid has been carried out.A new balance piston has been innovatively designed,whose functions in throttling pressure and stabilizing fluids have been verified by means of pressure loss calculation and hydrodynamics analysis.The experiments showed that throttling pressure could reach 1 MPa under the condition of daily water injection rate of 20 m^3.The blanking plugs for reducing pressure and stabilizing fluids have been used in 20 wells,and the water injection qualification rate was increased by 30.6%.The development and application of the blanking plugs for reducing pressure and stabilizing fluids have improved the injection effect in low permeability intervals,which will lay the foundation for its promotion in the future.
