摘要
针对大庆油田注水开发后期,细分调整注入井井数不断增加导致的测试强度大、测试效率低、测试成本高的问题,在地面无线信号传输技术的基础上开展了以注入井压力为载体的信息调控技术研究。通过研制井口自动控制系统与智能配水器,实现了地面与井下的压力信息传输功能,作业工序与常规注入井作业相同,施工较为简单。现场试验表明平均单井测试时间仅需1.5h,测试误差控制在9.14%以内,实现了实时监测调控;在测试效率大幅提高的同时,测试强度及成本得到明显降低。注入井压力为载体的信息调控技术为水驱细分高效测调技术的发展提供了较好的技术思路和指导方向。
In the late stage of water injection development in Daqing Oilfield,the increasing number of water injection wells with subdivision and adjustment leads to some problems such as high test intensity,low test efficiency as well as high test cost,so the information control technology with injection well pressure as carrier has been carried out based on the technology of surface wireless signal transmission.By manufacturing the wellhead automatic control system and intelligent water distributor,the function of pressure information transmission between ground and downhole has been realized,and its operation procedure is the same as that of the conventional water injection,which is easy to operate.Field test shows that the average test time for a single well is only 1.5 hours with test error within9.14%,which has realized the real-time monitoring and control,and the test efficiency is raised greatly.At the same time,the test intensity and cost are both reduced significantly.The information control technology with injection well pressure as carrier has provided the better technical thoughts and guidance for the development of subdivision and high-efficiency measurement&adjustment by water flooding.
