连续油管拖动水力喷射压裂工艺在浙江油田的应用

摘要 针对浙江油田海安区块致密油水平井压裂后效果差、含水率较高的问题,开展了致密油水平井压裂工艺技术研究。通过该区块已施工的海4H、海5H、海601H等井压裂过程中出现的压力大幅度突降的问题,采用FracproPT软件进行裂缝高度模拟,根据该区块储层特点及完井条件,在海6H水平井上应用了小排量连续油管拖动水力喷射压裂工艺。该井在压裂投产后最高日产油量为16m^3,平均日产油量为8. 3m^3,含水率小于30%,效果显著。海6H井的成功经验,表明小排量连续油管拖动水力喷射压裂工艺针对目前海安区块致密油水平井的储层特点有着更好的适用性,同时,也为其他油田类似情况做了技术铺垫。 Due to the problems of poor fracturing effect and high water cut in tight oil horizontal wells of Hai’an block of Zhejiang Oilfield after fracturing,the fracturing technology for horizontal wells in tight oil reservoirs has been studied.By combining the problems of pressure sharp fall in the three wells,i.e.Well Hai 4 H,Hai 5 H and Hai 601 H in the process of fracturing with Fracpro PT software to simulate the fracture height,the hydraulic jet fracturing technology with small displacement carrying by coiled tubing was applied in Hai 6 H horizontal well according to the reservoir characteristics and completion conditions in the area.The maximum daily oil production of this well was 16 m^3;the average daily oil production was 8.3 m3 and the water cut was less than 30%after fracturing putting into production with remarkable effect.The successful experience in the Well 6 H shows that hydraulic jet fracturing technology with small displacement carrying by coiled tubing has better suitability for horizontal wells in tight oil reservoirs of Hai’an block at present.At the same time,it also made technical foundation for similar situations in other oilfields.
