摘要
针对目前现场单独应用泡沫排水工艺维护频繁和人工成本高,以及气井压力产量过低不满足单独涡流工艺适用条件的技术问题,开展了涡流和泡沫组合排水采气工艺技术的研究与试验。通过对涡流排水与泡沫排水采气工艺原理及技术特点分析,利用数值模拟技术对组合排水机理进行了研究。室内实验和现场试验表明:组合工艺优于单一工艺,泡沫排水可使涡流工具适用气量降低约15%,作用距离增加25%~45%;升A井组合工具工艺实施后日增产气量为1.59×10~4m^3,取得较好的排水增气效果。涡流和泡排组合排水采气工艺技术的研究,为油田稳产阶段气井排水采气提供了有效的技术支持。
In the foam drainage gas recovery field application,the problems of frequent maintenance,high labor cost and low pressure and production of gas wells cannot meet the applicable conditions of alone turbulence drainage technology,so the research and test on gas recovery technology by the combination of turbulence with foam drainage were carried out.By analyzing the principle and technical characteristics of turbulence drainage and foam drainage,the combined drainage mechanism was studied by numerical simulation.Laboratory and field tests show that the combined technology is superior to the single process.Foam drainage can reduce the applicable gas volume of turbulence tools by about 15%and increase the operating distance from 25%to 45%.The daily gas production increment after applying the combined tools for Well Sheng A is 1.59×10~4 m^3,which achieves good drainage and gas stimulation effect.The gas recovery technology by the combination of turbulence with foam drainage provides effective technical support for gas drainage and recovery in stable production stage of oilfield.
