油田水系统电吸附防垢实验研究

Experimental study on electro-adsorption scale prevention in oilfield water system

摘要 针对目前油田水系统部分设施腐蚀、结垢问题突出,在一定程度上影响油田正常开发的问题,开展了电吸附防垢措施的研究工作。根据电吸附防垢技术原理,对电吸附防垢装置进行结构设计及优化,根据使用性能、成本等综合因素选择电极材料为石墨,确定最优板间距为4mm;同时对电吸附防垢装置的防垢性能进行了现场实验评估,实验结果表明,该装置具有较好的防垢能力,垢离子去除率达到90%以上,去除效果明显。油田水系统电吸附防垢实验的成功研究,可为油田稳定生产提供技术保证。 Due to severe corrosion and scaling problems in part of equipments of the oilfield water system presently,which affects the normal development of oilfield to some extent,the research on electro-adsorption scale prevention measure has been carried out.According to the technical principle of electro-adsorption scale prevention,the structural design and optimization of electro-adsorption scale prevention device has been made,to choose the graphite as electrode material in terms of operation performance,cost,etc.and to determine the optimal plate spacing being 4 mm.At the same time,the scale prevention performance of electro-adsorption scale prevention device has been evaluated in the field test,and the results show that it has good scale prevention ability,whose removal rate for scale ion is higher than 90%,with obvious scale removal effect.The successful experiment and research on electro-adsorption scale prevention method can provide technical assurance for stable production in the oilfield.
